April 1. A new financial year in some parts of the world.
A new beginning for many. No fool’s day, this. It’s time to get to work.
I’m on a normal 9-5 routine starting today. After I
had a baby last year, I fell into the 5 minutes here, 10 minutes there style of
working, but this morning I’m back to full-time work.
Not as much progress on the novel as I would have hoped for, but
I managed to clock two hours and 614 words today. I can live with that.
